Stacy was born and raised in Indiana, but now lives in Cuyahoga Falls. She received a Bachelor's of Education with High Honors at Saint Francis College in Fort Wayne, IN. Then she moved to Wisconsin, married Sami, started teaching and started her MS at Marquette University. Shortly after this time Stacy, Sami and their oldest son, Zachary moved to Ohio.
While living here they added another son to their family. This son was found to have severe disabilities. Stacy has volunteered at her children's schools in the PTA's, volunteered as an advocate for other families, became a certified Surrogate Parent and became involved in numerous support groups. She has received several awards for volunteering and her support group efforts. Her past work experience before teaching was in finance for over 10 years.
Stacy and Sami have been married for over 22 years and have two sons. Sami has recently started his own business. In her spare time Stacy likes to do lots of different crafts, sudoko puzzles, reading, and traveling with her family. Stacy's oldest son, Zachary also volunteers his time for Zane's Foundation doing whatever needs to be done. He often helps out with Zane and is a great big brother!
